My Weight Loss Story

People advised me to look for a gym and work out, exercise in order to lose the extra pounds I had. I joined a gym and started working out; the only problem I faced was to control the food I ate. I couldn't compromise on it, I kept working out (cardio exercises) to get my body into the shape, but was unsuccessful. Years passed and I kept gaining more and more weight. I started researching over the internet for weight loss tips; I researched a lot such as, pills, diets, exercises, VLCD's, and many more.
