Fast Weight Loss, The Secrets of Burning Off Unwanted Body Fat

Fast Weight Loss. There are many people that are desperate to lose unwanted body fat. Since I was one of these people many years ago, I write about this topic on a daily basis.
I am truly passionate about creating permanent fat loss for one reason. I know how painful it is to live with pounds of body fat that no matter what you try just simply does not go away.
Fast Weight Loss: The Ultimate Fat Burning Strategy!
Okay, here is the truth about fat loss. To lose pounds of unwanted body fat there are three major areas that you have to focus on. In each of these areas you have to master a few very important skills.

1) Motivation - this is very, very, very important. If you do not know how to create the non-stop motivation that is necessary to go from where you are today to where you want to be tomorrow then you will have to learn the skill of effectively setting goals.
Goal setting for fast weight loss is simple, all you have to do is focus on what end-result you want to bring into reality when you reach your ideal body weight. For example if you weigh 160 pounds with 30% body fat today, then the end-result you will start moving toward can be 140 pounds with 15% body fat.
You also have to have a way of tracking the results that you create on a daily basis. This is also a very important part of effective goal setting.
Once you know what you want and know what you have, it will be much easier for you to create a list of steps that you have to take to reach and then maintain your ideal weight.

2) Nutrition - without a doubt you must master the skill of proper nutrition. Fast weight loss is impossible without knowing how to give your body the food that it needs to function properly.
Stay focused on eating natural, unprocessed food, use an effective meal frequency, and always consume the amount of calories that your body can realistically burn during the day.
This is easier said than done, but without mastering these skills fat loss will be almost impossible.

3) Exercise - this area I chose to mention last. Here is the truth about fat loss: To "maintain" your ideal body weight you can use an effective nutrition strategy by itself, but to lose unwanted body fat you will have to use physical activity on a daily basis.

This is why motivation is so important. Without being motivated it is really hard to sustain an effective exercise strategy that will help you to burn off the unwanted body fat that you currently have.
I recommend to use really simple and easy exercises to burn off the unwanted body fat from your fat cells so that you can shrink all your fat cells and create permanent fat loss.
I used fast walking and simple resistance training (weight training) on a regular basis. I simply did those things that I enjoyed doing. I walked every day, in fact for a while I walked twice per day, every day. And when it comes to working out with weights I used resistance training at least three times per week.
To create fast weight loss, "both men and women" have to master the skills in these three areas. In fact, without a doubt women have to work much harder because for you it is much harder to burn off the fat from your fat cells.
But, the good news is that by taking small steps on a daily basis women can create impressive fat loss results just like us men.

Top 10 Secrets to Nip Nibbling

1. Observe: Have you ever seen another Mom eat off her children's plates? When we're able to look at something objectively we often see how we must look when we do the same thing. If you don't like how it looks, don't do it yourself. 2. Visualize: Imagine everything you've snacked on throughout the day...a few handfuls of chips while you're watching TV, a few tastes of the meal you're preparing for dinner, some cookies that were on the counter. Now imagine putting it all on a plate. How does the plate look? Visualize this plate in addition to the meals you've eaten throughout the day. 3. Distract: Often just getting involved in another activity is enough to stop you from "mindless munching". Try cleaning out a drawer, taking the dog for a walk, writing in a journal or any other activity that distracts you from nibbling and gives you pleasure.

Want Power Before Will Power

The problem isn't that you don't have enough will power to achieve what you want. You have will power, but it's not will power you need, it's want power.  You have to first want  You must want to change your habits, want to lose some weight, want to give up your evening snacking before your will comes into play. Once you want a thing badly enough, you will do whatever it takes. If you think you want something (to make a change in your eating habits perhaps), but then find it difficult to follow-through with your plans, most likely you simply want your current reality (your current habits and patterns) more than you want your goals (less weight, better health, etc.) I can hear you all the way over here, telling me I'm wrong: "No, that's not right! I want this more than anything, I just don't have any willpower!" Round and round you go, but the truth is, you will get what you really want. Think back, has there ever been a time when you rea...
