4 Super Foods That Can Help You Speed Up Your Weight Loss Goals

Every 6 months or so you see a bunch of new weight loss supplements hit the market, with fancy Logos in those weirdly shaped bottles with catchy names. If you actually take the time to read the ingredients in these so called "new" supplements they are almost always the same stuff that's been out for years. They just change a few small ingredients and call it some crazy new weight loss revolution when in reality its the same stuff you bought last year just with the price jacked up. That's why In this article I'm going to get back to basic and go over 4 Super Foods that will speed up your weight loss goals.

1. Eggs- Good old eggs are one of those foods that are almost to perfect, an average size egg is about 7 grams of Protein , 4 Grams of Fat, and less than 1 carbohydrate.
Eggs also contain some zinc, this helps with rebuilding muscle and brain functionality. Many people when I tell them eggs are a super food usually are confused because they believe the yolk is bad. While it does have some fat, it also has good fats that can lower bad cholesterol . Fat is also great for keeping yourself felling full. and helps with producing hormones like testosterone and estrogen. Remember you want good fats in your diet like Polyunsaturated , or Mono-unsaturated, and try to stay away from saturated and Trans fat. You could also add some lean steak for a tasty healthy breakfast.

2. Cottage Cheese- Low Fat Cottage Cheese is a great food to help maintain a fast metabolism and keep your body with a nice slow feed of protein. This is because the type of protein found in cottage cheese is a type of protein known as Casein protein. Casein protein is protein that gets broken down very slowly into amino acids. Unlike whey protein which is broken down very quickly. This allows a slow stream of protein to your muscles for hours after eating it. This is great right before bed as it allows your muscles to get constant protein even while sleeping.

3. Broccoli- Dark Leafy greens are always good in your diet, they have a high amount of antioxidant's and are also loaded with vitamins like vitamin A, and they also are known to have a high amount of leucine which is great for eye sight, healthy skin and cell production. Its recommend that you steam broccoli to try to hold in its nutrients, even thought eating it raw would be the most benefit when its comes to nutrients, but have you eaten broccoli raw ? its pretty boring. I suggest steaming it with a little seasoning infill its somewhat soft but still has a crunch, trying adding some lean chicken and you got yourself a great lunch.

4. Cayenne Pepper- Now this is one super food for speeding up your metabolism, like any pepper with heat will speed up your metabolism, but the Cayenne pepper is know to be the best when it comes to speeding up your metabolism. Now you don't have to eat cayenne peppers either you could also buy some Ground up Cayenne pepper and it to food that you eat, It will not only add a spice but also an extra kick to your metabolism and help you burn even more calories. Hey sprinkle some on your eggs and kill two birds with on stone.

There you have my 4 super foods that will not only increase your metabolism but will also help keep your cravings down. I mentioned a lot of these foods during my Sensa review I did last week, since most of these foods have helped with hunger cravings in the past. Remember real unprocessed whole food is the best for your body, so instead of going crazy with supplements remember that supplements only "supplement" an already good diet of Protein, Carbohydrates and Fats. Also remember to talk with your doctor before starting any diet or excise plan. Thanks for reading and good luck with your weight loss goals going forward.

Top 10 Secrets to Nip Nibbling

1. Observe: Have you ever seen another Mom eat off her children's plates? When we're able to look at something objectively we often see how we must look when we do the same thing. If you don't like how it looks, don't do it yourself. 2. Visualize: Imagine everything you've snacked on throughout the day...a few handfuls of chips while you're watching TV, a few tastes of the meal you're preparing for dinner, some cookies that were on the counter. Now imagine putting it all on a plate. How does the plate look? Visualize this plate in addition to the meals you've eaten throughout the day. 3. Distract: Often just getting involved in another activity is enough to stop you from "mindless munching". Try cleaning out a drawer, taking the dog for a walk, writing in a journal or any other activity that distracts you from nibbling and gives you pleasure.

Want Power Before Will Power

The problem isn't that you don't have enough will power to achieve what you want. You have will power, but it's not will power you need, it's want power.  You have to first want  You must want to change your habits, want to lose some weight, want to give up your evening snacking before your will comes into play. Once you want a thing badly enough, you will do whatever it takes. If you think you want something (to make a change in your eating habits perhaps), but then find it difficult to follow-through with your plans, most likely you simply want your current reality (your current habits and patterns) more than you want your goals (less weight, better health, etc.) I can hear you all the way over here, telling me I'm wrong: "No, that's not right! I want this more than anything, I just don't have any willpower!" Round and round you go, but the truth is, you will get what you really want. Think back, has there ever been a time when you rea...
