Intermittent Fasting Success Stories - Exciting Weight Loss Method

I am one of the most recent intermittent fasting success stories and I have learned how important it is figure out your body’s hunger patterns and eat appropriately. Instead of eating by the clock, we should be learning how to eat according to our body’s rhythms and needs. Sometimes we are eating in response to hunger, but many times we are eating due to stress, emotions or just because it’s “lunchtime.” I personally am surprised by how slow this concept is spreading. It is a game changer as far as I’m concerned.

Considering myself to be one of the intermittent fasting success stories for weight loss, I have been able to lose about 40 pounds eating this way. It is the best eating plan for weight loss that I have been able to stick with to accomplish my goals. I feel lighter and healthier all around because my body is able to recharge during my fasting times. Another perk to this way of eating is that there is no weighing food or food restrictions.

Don’t let the word “fasting” scare you off. Intermittent fasting is not difficult and you get to choose the schedule that fits your life best. You can also combine this eating plan with any other diet if you choose. You can use counting calories, low carb, or any specialized system if you want to lose weight even quicker. If you don’t want to change the foods you’re eating now then that’s fine too. The importance of this weight loss method is more on the timing of your meals.
Weight loss is a hot topic because many people are looking for new ways to get to their goal. Intermittent fasting success stories are not necessarily new, but they are new to the mainstream media. It is still a relatively underground concept that most people have never heard of. Many people who have tried it realize that it can simplify your life tremendously and you feel a lot more in control of your body.

Many people who are intermittent fasting success stories are excited because this way of eating comes so naturally for them. Top 10 Secrets to Nip Nibbling

1. Observe: Have you ever seen another Mom eat off her children's plates? When we're able to look at something objectively we often see how we must look when we do the same thing. If you don't like how it looks, don't do it yourself. 2. Visualize: Imagine everything you've snacked on throughout the day...a few handfuls of chips while you're watching TV, a few tastes of the meal you're preparing for dinner, some cookies that were on the counter. Now imagine putting it all on a plate. How does the plate look? Visualize this plate in addition to the meals you've eaten throughout the day. 3. Distract: Often just getting involved in another activity is enough to stop you from "mindless munching". Try cleaning out a drawer, taking the dog for a walk, writing in a journal or any other activity that distracts you from nibbling and gives you pleasure.

Want Power Before Will Power

The problem isn't that you don't have enough will power to achieve what you want. You have will power, but it's not will power you need, it's want power.  You have to first want  You must want to change your habits, want to lose some weight, want to give up your evening snacking before your will comes into play. Once you want a thing badly enough, you will do whatever it takes. If you think you want something (to make a change in your eating habits perhaps), but then find it difficult to follow-through with your plans, most likely you simply want your current reality (your current habits and patterns) more than you want your goals (less weight, better health, etc.) I can hear you all the way over here, telling me I'm wrong: "No, that's not right! I want this more than anything, I just don't have any willpower!" Round and round you go, but the truth is, you will get what you really want. Think back, has there ever been a time when you rea...
