Lost Your Motivation? No Worries - 6 Tips to Get Back on Track

Did you ever notice that when life is going along smoothly, we feel accomplished and pleased at the end of the day? We are taking care of all that needs to be done, and moving forward towards our goals. Whether it's career advancement, weight loss, or building a new home, as long as there are no huge bumps in the road, we easily stay on track. I took a break from writing articles during the past few months, lightened my client load and truly enjoyed the summer. I was gearing up for the fall, excited to get working on some business and personal goals, when those unexpected bumps occurred. Discomfort from a pinched nerve caused me to feel distracted and unfocused. Visits to the chiropractor and rehab were time consuming. Want Power Before Will Power

The problem isn't that you don't have enough will power to achieve what you want. Once you want a thing badly enough, you will do whatever it takes. If you think you want something (to make a change in your eating habits perhaps), but then find it difficult to follow-through with your plans, most likely you simply want your current reality (your current habits and patterns) more than you want your goals (less weight, better health, etc.) I can hear you all the way over here, telling me I'm wrong: "No, that's not right! I want this more than anything, I just don't have any willpower!" Round and round you go, but the truth is, you will get what you really want. Think back, has there ever been a time when you rea...

My Weight Loss Story

I was a fat person long ago with 200 pounds of weight, I was unhappy all the time with my weight at high school. People advised me to look for a gym and work out, exercise in order to lose the extra pounds I had. I joined a gym and started working out; the only problem I faced was to control the food I ate. I couldn't compromise on it, I kept working out (cardio exercises) to get my body into the shape, but was unsuccessful. Two months of exercise did not show me the results I wanted and I gave up, I never had the motivation from the beginning that I could really lose weight. Years passed and I kept gaining more and more weight. I started researching over the internet for weight loss tips; I researched a lot such as, pills, diets, exercises, VLCD's, and many more.
